1.What kind of mold do you make?
Yes, we have great experience in producing over mold, insert mold, double injection, double stack mold and electroformed mold. Sometimes we also make die-casting mould by customers request. The percentage is small.

2. What mould size mold can you build?
We can build about 10 ton and 1.8m inject mold, die-casting mold and precision connection-peg mold.

3.What kind of steel do you use to make mold?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use Swiss Assab, German Edel, Japan Daibo etc.

4.How often do you inspect you machinery and tools?
For huge and complex instruments, we check their precision and function every 4months. For small ones, 2 months.

5.How many shifts do you operate every day?
For CNC, EDM and Polishing Departs, two shifts; Mold Shop depends on the emergency; the others are one shift.

6. Do you build hot runner mold?
Yes, we build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as DME, Mold-Master, Master-tip, Hasco, Yudo, synventive, and Husky, etc. The manifold used for your tool is selected to meet your needs

7. What industries do you serve?
We serve markets like OA equipment, IT product, Automotive, Home and entertainment appliances, Medical products and more.

8. What standard mold can you build?
It is base on DME or HASCO standard normally. Also it will be totally decided by the requirements of the customer.

9.Can you explain your terms of payment?
For new mold, 40% deposit, 30% on first short, 30% before delivery. For modify mold, 100% one week upon the approval of the updated samples. For prototype mold, pay 50% when place P.O, and another 50% before mold delivery.

10. Will you provide spare parts for the damageable parts of molds?
Yes, we will. The damageable parts and spare parts will be listed during mould design stage, and then confirmed by customer, it will be completed on agreed lead time, after confirmation received from the client party, and then packed, shipped with the mould together.

11.What kind of software be used?
Software used are UG, Pro/E,Catia,SolidWorks, MastCAM, AutoCAD, PowerMill.

12.What type of CAD Files is acceptable for you？
DXF, DWG, PKT, SAT, STEP/STP, IGES, X-T etc formats are acceptable for us.

13.How long is the lead-time for a mold?
It's hard to say. It all depends on the mold's size, complexity and design. Usually, the lead-time is about 30--55days.

14. Are there any attachment will be shipped with mold together in case?
There are electrodes, spare part, product checking report, photos of the mould, steel certification etc. And we can provide CPK, PPAP, PFMEA report as well. We are responsible for the moulds made, any quality problem, we will provide all the post-sale service and maintenance free.For the mold exported oversea: we pack it strictly in accordance to standard of export regulation.
